2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Draw: Canada Lucky Lines draws involve the random selection of 6 numbers from 6 independent barrels (digits 0-9). The official results are those recorded in our central gaming system. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on your screen and the official game records, the official game records shall prevail.

Tickets: A ticket is considered valid only when it has been successfully recorded in our central computer system before the draw deadline. Email confirmations are for record-keeping only and do not constitute a valid ticket if the transaction failed in the system.

5. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). By purchasing a ticket, you authorize us to deduct the ticket price from your account balance or charge your registered payment method.

Finality of Sales: All lottery ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the transaction is confirmed, except where required by law or in the event of a technical error acknowledged by us.

6. Prizes and Claims

Prizes are awarded based on the official Prize Breakdown for each specific draw.

• Prizes under $1,000: Typically credited automatically to your user account within 24 hours of the draw validation.
• Major Prizes ($1,000+): Require a formal claim process. You will be contacted by our Prize Center to undergo additional identity verification and complete a Winner's Release Form.
• Jackpots: Grand prizes are paid out in a lump sum or annuity, depending on the specific game rules.

Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be redistributed or donated to charity in accordance with provincial regulations.

7. Responsible Gaming
